--- ABOUT THE ROLE ---

Best Body is a high-growth company and we have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Operations Manager based in the Philippines.

As the Operations Manager you'll be responsible for helping Best Body achieve its vision, mission and strategic objectives.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business and ensuring things run smoothly.

As a world-class Operations Manager, you will contribute to the organisational strategy and then translate it into tactical programs that the business can action. You will work with all departments to set, communicate and achieve performance targets, goals and objectives.

Working closely with the CEO and Operation Leaders of Best Body, you'll oversee each department and ensure teams are performing well.

Key focus areas will include:

Recruitment and candidate processing
Health and effectiveness of member acquisition
Delivery and quality of the business products and services
Internal operations, including office, technology and other support systems
Being clear with specific feedback of how well each function is performing, and having the ability to make sound business decisions based on equal parts data, facts, and intuition.

You'll have a desire to be the best in the world at what you do and be a pivotal player in the continued growth of Best Body.

--- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ---

5+ years of hands-on experience in growing and leading a team, developing and executing key strategies, and delivering significant ROI via team performance and happiness
An obsession with all things business and mastery of the nuances of each component and emerging trends – you love trying out new ways of doing things.
Exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer you go out and find it. You don't wait for someone to teach you, you teach yourself
A strong passion for all things related to health and business - you likely have a healthy lifestyle, follow all of the big names in the business space and have studied their best practices
Resilient and has a growth mindset. Part of an open, honest communication is having the ability to deliver honest, direct feedback without being offensive or critical. The other part is having the ability to view honest, direct feedback as a gift you can use to get better
Leaves their ego at the door. You have integrity, talent, are outgoing, have a palpable excitement about the future, and don't show it off. Shadiness, mediocrity, cynicism, and excessive "constructive criticism" are out
Can easily switch gears. You have the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise your work in a changing environment - you understand that things change as new information is made available. You don't mind managing multiple projects and have the ability to have a few balls up in the air at the same time
Wants to be a part of a purpose-driven company. Best Body is a pretty incredible place and has an intent focus on helping more people be at their best
You pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goals
Loves problem solving. You’re innately curious. Your mind isn’t at ease until you figure optimal solutions. You dream about ways to improve business

Tertiary qualification in Business or similar (Masters level seen favourably but not essential)
