DTC Copywriter for Social Media Ads

Hey! My name is Diogo. We are an eCommerce company looking to hire an expert copywriter.
We are looking for a talented direct response copywriter to create video scripts for social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, ...)

Must be able to work 20 hours per week (can be promoted to full-time after 2 months).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Dive deep into research on target demographics and competitors. Need to have a deep understanding of the market, the people in it, what they want, need, fear, desire, etc...
2. Write scripts for UGC and video ads.
3. Conceptualize ads, come up with scenarios based on the audience we want to target.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Can pinpoint customer's pain and put it into words.
2. Strong research & problem-solving skills.
3. Exceptional storytelling skills.
4. Attention to detail - especially in relation to spelling & grammar.
