We are looking for a talented direct response copywriter to join our online travel business full-time. This person will be a key member of our small team, engaging and inspiring our audience through compelling content across our website, blog & social media.

Our team operates totally virtually - we don’t believe in boring offices, instead choosing to collaborate entirely online. This means that you can work with us no matter where you are located - you just need plenty of talent, a computer and a reliable internet connection.

Flexible enough to work across a range of different areas, your main talent will be as a captivating story teller. We’re looking for someone who will get as excited as we do about our amazing range of luxury properties, destinations & experiences, and inspiring our customers to get out there and experience these things for themselves.

The following qualities will ensure we take a second look at your application;

- Native-level English proficiency
- Exceptional storytelling skills
- 2+ years of experience in direct response copywriting
- Attention to detail - especially in relation to spelling & grammar
- Experience in creating & managing content calendars
- An interest in travel & luxury experiences
- Social media management experience
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
- Reliable, responsive and able to respond to feedback
- Strong research & problem-solving skills
- Lots of fun, a little bit crazy and all kinds of awesome!

-- ABOUT THE POSITION --

After an initial training period, you’ll take over as the voice of our business - our Chief Story Teller! You’ll be producing our weekly social media content, as well as writing regular content for both our product and marketing teams. Examples of content includes;

- Social media content
- Landing page descriptions
- Blog lists & feature articles
- Product descriptions
- Customer newsletters
- Press releases

You will also be involved in strategy meetings, content planning, proof reading, editing & other tasks as agreed.

-- HOURS & COMPENSATION --

- Monthly salary is PHP 50,000 per month
- Compensation includes salary + discretionary bonus + 20 days paid leave per annum
- You will work 37.5 hrs per week (ie. 7.5hrs per day) Monday to Friday
- Most of our team work 9am - 5pm PH time, but flexibility in these hours is possible with prior approval
- Salary is processed monthly via direct bank transfer
- We pay discretionary annual bonuses up to one months salary based on performance
- We review salary level annually - increases are based on performance
- A 3-month trial period applies - either party may terminate giving 7 day notice
- We offer free, ongoing professional business coaching to all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- For every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used for sick leave or vacation (max. 12 days p.a.)
- The following 8 days are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Philippines Independence Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & Your Birthday

This role is full-time and exclusive. This means that job sharing, delegation or holding another permanent job is not permitted without prior approval. Far more than just another contract or one-off gig, we're looking for a dedicated and committed member of our team who is excited about a stable and ongoing role with plenty of potential for growth.

We're a very small, start-up sized business, so you will be intimately involved in all areas of marketing & content development. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and being very 'hands-on' in lots of different areas.
