JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Create and streamline social media systems and strategies according to client’s values and goals
Create lead magnets and email sequences
Develop marketing strategies on growing reach and engagement for social media presence
Set up email automations, Facebook pages, and Instagram page
Support the client in all administrative areas as required
Support the client's marketing needs and execution of marketing strategy
Repurpose content in various social media platforms
Create content planner and schedule all social media posts
Report on social media performance and engagement results and use this data to optimise and shape future campaigns
Create and edit graphics, captions, and videos, to include using relevant hashtags to maximise visual impact and engagement on posts

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience working as a Social Media Assistant or similar role
Proven experience in content publishing, developing outreach strategies, and building social media pages
Proven experience in content publishing and graphics editing
Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms - Instagram and Facebook
Ability to identify, report and track relevant metrics
Creative with a high attention to detail
Commercially minded and strategic in approach
An ability to think outside the box, get creative and persist to achieve results
Must be optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Work independently and resourcefully
A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
