Tech Savvy Program Manager ( communitiy, events & memberships)

The Program Manager will directly support the Founder & CEO in day to day projects as well as larger business initiatives related to community programming . They will be both a thought partner and implementer, and act as a liaison between the CEO and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. They will play a key role in helping to strategically grow our startup into a thriving, values-aligned business and authority in the field of leadership development.

Role Responsibilities:
Assisting the Operations Manager to maintain and keep organized the ‘virtual office’ aka project management tool
Provide thought partnership and leadership on team initiatives and project prioritization
Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
Supporting marketing initiatives
Handling product and service launches.
Editing marketing material.
Assisting with the Tech setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
Managing and optimizing Website Design, SEO, and automations on Wordpress and Buddyboss.
Creating, scheduling and managing mailing lists
Setting up email automations and sequences
Managing the back-end of all funnels
Build sales funnels with page builders

Results:
Membership backend is smoothly running and maintained
Full calendar of events with streamlined processes and clear workflows
CEO is fully supported with batched content, funnels, and automations
Team is clear on all expectations and requirements based on clear and transparent Upgrade to see actual infoanization’s projects are consistently meeting deadlines due to proper prioritization and resourcing
Business is meeting Key Performance Indicators .

Expected Commitment
This is a long term, full time role of at least 40 hours per week. Flexible work schedule but should have regular availability to work Monday through Saturday between 12-5pm ( Bangkok time) with some evening availability.
