You are passionate about personal growth and solving problems to complete projects to a standard above and beyond.

We are looking for a person with a strong background in Wordpress with a passion for web design and development, basic coding, and a desire to grow in your design expertise.

You’ll be working alongside teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and senior management to assist in completing projects that vary from product launches, to customer experience improvements, special events and more.

If you can demonstrate a strong ability to grasp ideas, understand intricate processes, and work on a diverse range of projects from building web pages and mapping email sequences to creating graphics and grasping new skills then we need to speak to you!

At Urban Intellectuals, we make it fun and easy to learn Black History by creating a series of educational and inspirational products to write Black community back into the pages of world history and back into the hearts and minds of the people. SCOPE OF WORK

Deliverables
Build web pages and related Customer Relationship Management software campaigns for specific projects as briefed.
Implement website user interface and performance updates and improvements on an ongoing basis.
Provide web dev and front end support to management, implementing builds and projects to a high level.

Timeline
Ongoing tasks are to be carried out weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as Upgrade to see actual infodividual projects will be assigned timelines during the planning Upgrade to see actual infoestones
Up to date and improved websites
Harmonious use of tech resources across platforms and functions
High quality deliverables for one time projects.
A long term vision for scalable resources

Reports
Repeatable tasks must be reported after completion
Projects tasks are reported during progress and on completion
Forward looking reports as needed.


SKILLS

The role includes a number of skills related to building web pages including the front end layout and back end tech setup. This means that skills using existing wordpress ecosystem plugins, basic coding, some graphic design and layout skills are a bonus.
Experience with CRMs such as Infusionsoft is a huge bonus too as many of our projects will connect with these systems to deliver customer Upgrade to see actual info summary the candidate must demonstrate:
