Are you an Admin Assistant who already has experience in providing daily support tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers?

(Please note, you must already have experience with tools like these to be considered for this position. We prefer someone who is already working remotely.)

We're looking for people who want to work with us full time for years, as part of our company who would grow in our organization.

Our company (currently with 9 full time teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and counting) is expanding once again.

This open position is for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

What does it look like to work as our Admin Assistant:

Working with our team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing transcripts, sharing our content on our social media platforms, being able to make quick changes in text and links on our website and communicating with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Basically, the role would focus on repetitive, admin tasks.

We use a combination of tools to do this, including Grammarly, WordPress, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter. If you have experience with Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport and other similar automation tools is a plus!

While we do offer training, we do require you to have experience with at least one of these tools.

You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate well verbally and in written form. This also means that spelling, grammar and punctuation is very important for this role. Being detail-oriented is important for Upgrade to see actual info addition, you should not shy away from asking questions since some of these tasks may be new to you and would require a deeper clarity on how our team usually does our tasks.

Confidently communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and contractors using Slack or Gmail?

Some questions you may have...

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour workweek (we use TimeDoctor to track time.)

Do I have to work certain hours?
For the most part, you have control over your schedule. We allow everyone on our team to work when they’d like (within reason). We ask them to fill out a calendar with their work hours so we know when they’ll be available, but those hours are pretty much up to you. There are times, however, when a particular project needs attention and then will ask you to adjust those hours. Fortunately, we are very organized so those times are rare. There are certain times where you may need to meet with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to discuss the project (normally these occur between 8PM and 12AM PHT). IF THESE TIMES DO NOT WORK FOR YOU, DO NOT PROCEED.

What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 30,000 PHP/month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you have experience that requires more, please let us know.

Do you honor 13th Month?
Yes we do.

Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes. We currently have 5 full-time Filipinos on our team. The majority of which have been a part of the team for years.

How will you communicate with me?
We use Slack, Zoom, and Asana. We do offer training in these tools if you are not familiar with Upgrade to see actual infon I work for others?
No. We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us.

Here's what we are looking for. To be considered for this position, you got to have decent job time at organizations where you have demonstrated job stability and not just hopping from one job to another.
