The Social Media Admin / Customer Support Representative is a key support position on the marketing team for Flourish & Thrive Academy (a Creative Launchpad LLC Company).

Our ideal applicant either has significant experience or a certificate in transcription. You must also have excellent hearing and strong typing skills (70 WPM+).

The role is 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
** Use Otter.ai + transcription to create transcripts of audio recordings.
** Edit + File transcripts.
** Creating show notes for podcasts.
** Organizing audio transcripts into blog posts.
** Responding to clients/ customers queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone,
** Identify patient needs and help clients and community members use specific features.
** Update our internal records with information about issues and useful discussions with clients.
** Monitor client's complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
** Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
** Gather patients feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
** Transcription certificate or equivalent experience.
** Excellent attention to detail.
** Excellent grasp of English grammar + medical terms.
** Strong typing skills.
** Proficiency with Otter.ai
** Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening is a plus.
** Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
** Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
** Excellent communication and presentation skills.
TEAM DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
** Participate in weekly marketing tea
** Collaborate with the team on content strategy to ensure that our overall goals and KPIs are met.
** Work within a fast-paced environment where timeliness, accuracy, and quality of results are prioritized.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
** Seed keyword research via LongTail Pro to aid in SEO.
** Managing posts across FB channels, Instagram, Tik Tok Pinterest, and
** Respond to comments on posts in a timely manner.
** Respond to and manage comments on
** Respond to direct messages on social media platforms under the supervision of our sales team and customer service team.
** Maintain linktr.ee links for IG posts.
** Generate
** Manage YouTube channel, including content loading + captioning + occasional light editing.
** Manage videos on FB / Instagram, including captioning.
** Set up Show Notes on Blog (proficiency in WordPress required).
** Manage our podcast in Libsyn.
** Organize links for our advertising team.
We pay 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of PHP32,000-40,000 monthly, DOE.
