Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, Marketing Specialist

Looking for someone who is comfortable cold calling and setting appointments for a real estate investor. Must be comfortable using Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), excel, making marketing flyers, postcards, etc. I am a longtime realtor and investor. I am looking for someone to help me grow both my investor and realtor business.
