Looking to Hire Full-Time Web Developer

We are a rapidly expanding agency located in Henderson, Nevada USA. We are a growth-oriented firm looking to bring on a talented Web Designer/Developer for our client website projects. Typically we build in WordPress, but knowledge in other applications/languages including Shopify is a bonus.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should have superior user interface design skills. They should be experienced in Wordpress and Shopify E-commerce development and design. The successful candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into a beautiful design and be able to bring it to life. Managing the whole process from start to completion. They will be able to transform ideas into beautiful, intuitive, and functional websites.

Responsibilities:
-Build a website design based on client requirements
-Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
-Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
-Discuss requirements with clients, and ensure designs are approved before moving into the build process
-Build the website using Wordpress or Shopify for E-commerce stores
-Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and systems for the whole design process
-Be able to deliver a high volume and high quality of work
-Update and provide support for existing client sites as needed

Skills:
-Proven work experience as a web designer + developer
-Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
-Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
-Proficiency in Figma, or similar design platform
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus (for occasional custom sites)
-Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
-Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
-Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
