Lead Generation Supervisor

Red Team Partners is looking for a Lead Generation Supervisor for full-time employment. We are an International Cyber Security Company headquartered in the UK.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing and sales, lead generation with international market or dealing with an international market.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (extensive experience working with companies abroad is advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency (experienced user of the Internet, social networks, etc.)
• You are an organized, responsible, and goal-oriented person
• You want to improve your analytical and communication skills and you are willing to take the initiative as well as the responsibility
• Strategic perception
DESIRABLE:
• Understanding of cyber security industry is a plus
• Working in any international company is a plus
• Working as lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche
• Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Day-to-day work with potential customers' database
• Finding new potential clients
• Cold emails/campaign etc.
• Lead generation
• Arrange the initial leads/clients contacts
• Handle CRM daily
• Work closely with the account manager in order to deliver the lead generation plans
• Conduct professional social network research (LinkedIn, Facebook, angel list, Quora, contact databases, etc.)
• Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
• Meeting setup if needed
• Manage Lead Generation Team
• Oversee team performance to assist individual quotas and productivity
• Analyze team compensation, budget, and commission
• Search relevant training to improve lead gen processes and team resourcefulness.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
