Looking for 3 Text Shirt Designer

Good Day,
As my company is constantly growing, I am looking for 3 new employees to expand it.

What i'm looking for:
- A Text-Designer for at least 30 designs a week
- Graphic elements are provided which you must associate with your text designs
- You do not need to create any graphic designs, you only need to create typography designs.
- The texts you must use are predefined
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark (Do not use protected trademarks in designs)
- Dropbox to send the designs
- Send an invoice via Paypal

What i'm offering:
- You are paid per design the price per design will be negotiated with you and adapted to your graphic skills
- There is a possibility of overpayment depending on qualification and experience
- If their designs sell they get a bonus
- Long business relationship

If you are interested in the job then send me an application with already created typography designs from you to give me a first picture of your work.
Since I only need top Text-Designers for my company I will start a small competition.
If you agree, I will send you 3 different Designs to which they each have to create a given text and insert the design with.
I will also give you a deadline when the designs have to be finished.
