Responsibilities may (include but not limited to):

• Product research to locate the best items
• Optimize titles for item listings
• Upload items to our monitoring software
• List items on FB Marketplace
• Fulfill orders and relist sold items
• Reprice items and update stock levels
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
• Manage tracking numbers in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of dropshipping experience on FBMP and other platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc)
• Ability to manage the entire FBMP account without jeopardizing the account status
• Ability to maintain quality spreadsheets that include product research, orders, fees, and profits
• Ability to effectively manage product tools and software in a timely manner
• Proactive self-starter that requires minimal supervision
• Excellent written & verbal communication (English)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Quality customer service
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Perform tasks efficiently and meets deadlines
• Willing to learn and work on a team
• Familiar with Asana & TeamViewer
• Access to a Gmail & WhatsApp account
• Associate's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in dropshipping on various platforms
• 1-2 years of experience in finance (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll)
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and/or metric reporting
• 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• 3 -5 years of experience managing a team of virtual assistants
• 2-3 years of experience processing refunds & returns
• Builds trust & rapport with customers
• Administrative & office experience
• Coachable & team-oriented
• Familiar with Keepa
• Bachelor's degree
