JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Experience and Operations Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing eCommerce champion to help us continue our extremely good global reputation for products and customer service. We are a fast-growing paddleboard company that currently operates in Australia and USA with future expansion plans.

We consider ourselves to have world-class customer service and so are looking for someone who believes they can help us maintain and even improve that level of service.
Our customers are great and generally very happy people. When there are issues, we solve Upgrade to see actual info’s really that Upgrade to see actual info addition to working with our customers, you will work with the entire team to help improve our operations.


Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Support the Director to systemize and document operations
- Assist customers by phone, e-mail, and/or chat (after appropriate time and training on the job)
- Solve problems and create magical Upgrade to see actual infonts for customers every day!
-Take ownership of customer concerns and work with our vendors and fulfillment partners to provide solutions.
- Create or modify orders in Shopify, use the associated warehouse management programs to track and analyze issues. Liaise with fulfillment providers to track lost or delayed deliveries.
- Help us manage our content across Shopify & social platforms
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Follow and Create Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be open and flexible to other tasks that will help develop the business


Requirements:
- 2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience with a company based in the USA or Australia. Preferably in the apparel or sporting equipment industries. but other e-commerce industries are fine.
- Experience using customer support software such as Zendesk, LiveAgent or similar
-Must have dedicated work area away from noisy background environments
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible to changes at work.
- Type at least 60 WPM.
- Have and maintain a positive attitude every day.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently.
- Must have a reliable computer internet
- Download (17mpbs and up)
- Upload (2mpbs and up)
Computer
- Computer processor (at least i5 & 4GB Ram)
- 2nd monitor is a plus

Nice to Haves:
- Shopify experience
- Klaviyo exerience

Operating Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST ( Sydney)
