Making calls to prospects to see if they would like to sell their home. Start up conversation, build quick rapport, ask a few questions and hand over the lead to the lead manager.

Job Requirements

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work

Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, computer and comfortable using web based applications (but it's basically point and click)...

Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects...

Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.

**Previous cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!

**Ability to speak Spanish is required
