Rockstar Real Estate VA required for UK company that sources property for Hong Kong investors

Salary is dependant on experience

Work

1. Manage and upload property listings
2. Make appointments (speak with estate agents)
3. Keep database updated in Podio (training will be given)
4. Provide customer support to investors via Whatsapp
5. Chase people to complete transactions
6. checking comparables (sale prices and lettings)
7. Social media management skills in Cantonese

Skills

1. Real Estate experience
2. Organized
3. Good spoken English
4. Helpful attitude to customer support

Hours

1. We have full time work and part time work
a. Full time hours 5pm to 1am PH time
b. Part time hours (minimum of 4 hours a day between 5pm to 1am PH time)
