JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This position will be part-time, estimated at 30-35 hours per week. VIDA Select is a 100% remote company, with contractors living all over the world. For the right person, there is a lot of growth potential in terms of responsibilities and available hours. This is an active, hands-on position.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in recruitment, sourcing and coordination. The bulk of the role will involve performing end-to-end recruitment, but there is also opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find a Recruiter who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.

Objectives of this Role:
Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
Write and post job descriptions on career websites, Jobsites, social media.
Source candidates by using databases and social media
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Update and maintain candidate status at all times.
Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
4+ years in human resources or recruitment
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills and ethical mindset
Working knowledge of Google Docs/sheets/forms/presentations and add-ons for gForms.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Excellent knowledge of candidate selection methods
Excellent time-management skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
High level of professionalism. Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels in the organization including senior executives and management.

Work Requirements:
100% remote work. Should have a dedicated home office set-up, with a fast internet connection and power back-up.
Working hours: Since VIDA Select is a 100% remote company, our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are situated all over the world. The person hired for this position should be able to work between 9AM PST - 1PM PST and also from 10:00PM PST to 1:00 AM PST.
