JOB OVERVIEW


Our client is looking for a Live Chat Support Rep who is an expert in using intercom and stripe. Ideal candidate must have at least 2+ experience working in customer support for a SaaS company. Must have the ability to handle multiple live chat conversations at one time. Must at least be familiar with Linkedin best practices, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and other premium Linkedin products.

Salary: $600/month
Work hours: 2AM - 11AM US EST
