JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support us with our hiring requisitions. Build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled talents. The responsibilities should include all aspects of hiring, from sourcing, interview scheduling, to writing job descriptions, to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. To be successful in this position, the recruiter should have a good understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and requirements.
Write job descriptions and post job ads to relevant media platforms.
Screen/shortlist applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arrange interview schedules.
Endorse the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offer job positions and prepare the onboarding documents.
Keep track of all applications and inform all the applicants about their application statuses.

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant studies.
At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (Technical or US experience is an advantage).
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be open to work in US time (8am to 5pm EST).
