Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter

I am hiring part-time or full-time for an appointment setter position at my company. I generate leads for my clients and we have another positioning open where you would call and confirm appointments with their leads. I also train on marketing, sales, and building simple software and prioritize training and growth. Most of my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have been with me more than a year up to 3 years and I have been running this business for 5 years now. Starting wage will be $2.75 plus commission for each successful confirmation which should lead to hourly pay of about $4-5/hour but there is no cap.
