Hi there, our ecommerce business is hiring a part-time customer service representative! We have been in business since 2019 and are looking to add a team member who can confidently take over responsibilities for all inbound tickets. This includes:
The primary platforms used include: Zendesk, Shopify, and Shipstation. Experience with these platforms is a plus, but not a necessity.
However, perfect written English IS a necessity. This is something our customers pay a lot of attention to - and as a result it is very important for this hire.
Other skills that the right applicant will have:
- Independent worker, but not hesitant to ask clarifying questions when needed
- Understands how to empathize with customers while enforcing policies
- Consistent schedule and ability to zero out our inbox 5 days per week
As of right now, I expect this role will take 10 hours per week. But if the hire goes smoothly, we do have several other VA responsibilities we could include as well.
