Marketing
Content: 1/ creating social media assets such as still graphic design or carousel for IG/FB using canva or adobe 2/ creating short videos (REELS, Tiktoks and social media ads using Inshot / Tiktok or other adobe tools 3/ planning our social media calendar and scheduling + Upgrade to see actual infoliverables are usually 2 post, 2 reels/Tiktok, 2 stories weekly.

Email
Marketing: Creating and designing emails using Canva/ Figma/ any other design tools then scheduling in Upgrade to see actual infoliverables are usually 2-3 emails Upgrade to see actual infomunity engagement: FAQs and monitor social accounts - respond to comments and DMs on FB & IG; engage with our influencers, Upgrade to see actual infoliverables are usually spending 30 min – 1 hour daily on our social channels
Influencers & ambassadors: Build strategy & execute influencer campaigns. Manage negotiations, briefing, budget and content approvals. Ambassador & affiliate programs – include brief & management/ negotiations. Leverage platforms such as The Right Fit. 1 campaign monthly with 15-20 influencers
Referrals: Email advocate/ referee to coordinate prizes
Partnerships: Coordinate and organize partnerships with other sustainable brands. 1 campaign every 2 months.
PR: Go through callouts and submit pitches
B2B: Follow up with B2B leads to stock our product. 10 leads with concrete actions/progress weekly.
Plus if you have experience running Facebook & Google ads, optimizing daily to our target ROAS

Ecommerce
Customer Happiness: general day to day customer support on Gorgias & direct instagram/tiktok platform
Operations: experiences/ skills using Shopify and coordination with our 3rd party logistics system tp ensure timely fulfilment. Handle any refunds/ feedback quickly

Others/ Cross Functional
Ad-hoc cross functional roles/projects

Management & Reporting
Weekly zoom check ins with founder & daily wraps on progress
Monthly reporting on key social media metrics. This will not only track our progress of achieving the agreed goal(s) but also inform our strategy for the coming month
