The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with good knowledge in web development to join our friendly and growing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving our website’s ranking on search engines like Google. As a Web Developer, you are responsible for the innovative design, layout and maintenance of the website.
Responsibilities:
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases eg Hubspot or similar databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain Operations Manual and process mapping
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and improving our website
• Stay updated on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
Qualifications:
• One year of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns and proven working experience in web development
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Knowledgeable in using WordPress and plugins eg Elementor or similar plugins
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to attend weekly meetings
The Rewards
This is a part-time work from home position with approximately 5-10 hours per week. Hours are flexible although some evening work will be required as we are a UK based business.
Remuneration will be based on your experience and background however can be up to £5.50/hour if you are the right

Work Hours and Schedule: As we are mainly based in the UK, you should be available to work from 3 pm to 12 am PH time.
Basic Requirements:
Applicants with full-time on-site work will not be entertained

Working computer/ Laptop Intel i3 Core or higher (or AMD equivalent)
Minimal to no power outage in the area
Upon passing the screening process, you will need to provide:
Valid NBI Clearance
2 valid government IDs
