Real Estate ISA & Database Manager

We are looking for an experienced ISA / Database Manager to join a high-performance sales team and ensure customer satisfaction through quality communication and follow up strategies. The ISA prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, and sets appointments for real estate professionals.

Responsibilities
• Daily calls / texts to potential client leads, managed through CRM software
• Qualify leads generated for appointments with realtors to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Conduct lead follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication
