Full Time Wordpress Web Designer/Developer

I am looking for a full time Web designer/developer who can work in my business building websites in Wordpress. I am looking for someone to be a full time employee and build a long term relationship.

* Must have experience creating Photoshop mockups
* Liaise with clients via email regarding design
* Converting Photoshop mockups into Wordpress Theme
* Candidate must have advnaced skills in HTML and CSS and know PHP
* Candidate must have an existing portfolio of Wordpress websites they have developed
* Installing premium Wordpress themes
* Installing and configuring Wordpress
* Installing and configuring Wordpress Plugins
* Logo design
* Create Banners and graphics for websites
