Head of Operations & Growth for eCommerce Cat Supplies Brand

Hi, we are looking for an experienced eCommerce manager to take on a head of operations and growth role. We are an established eCommerce store in the cat space. Your responsibilities would include:

- Managing day to day operations (communications with warehouse, handling escalated customer support inquiries, coordinating logistics, etc.)
- Stock management & planning
- Looking for growth opportunities (new products, setting up new markets, growing the team)

We are looking for someone to essentially run the business day-to-day and grow it. We would compensate a base fee + bonus based on performance. You should ideally be a cat person to understand the customers needs. Please elaborate on this in your application.
