The Credit Pros is looking for a FULL-TIME employee that can work our EST hours. This position will be around 40 hours per week.

Summary:

The Dialer/IT Admin is responsible for configuring, managing, monitoring and administrating the ACD practices to ensure maximum Upgrade to see actual infovelops and maintains internal controls, benchmark setting, and giving feedback to the operations staff members on specific areas of improvement and builds campaigns from scratch as needed. This position has direct technical and analytical responsibilities, while supervising daily operational activities. Other duties may be Upgrade to see actual infosential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Assist with the Dialer IVR, Campaign, Queues, Skills and Agent configuration
? Technical support for Dialer related issues
? Technical Support for agent workstations
? Analyzes and evaluates call strategies and proactively makes recommendations to key stake holders to optimize project
? Develops, generates, analyzes and distributes various reports.
? Functions as ACD subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ACD strategies.
? Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

? 2-5 years related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Outbound campaign configuration and management is required
? Must have strong Dialer automation experience (Five9, Ring Central, VUpgrade to see actual info, etc.)
? Must be knowledgeable with network related configuration and troubleshooting
? Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft 365 and included apps
? Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
? Ability to effectively use problem solving skills in standardized situations.
? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, instructions, and procedures.
? Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
? Knowledge of current virtual call center industry practices

? Windows 10 Home or Pro Activated PC
? PC Processor: Intel i5 / i7 / i9 (2.5GHz & up) *Must be 8th generation & up /or/ AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 (2.5GHz & up) *Must be 3600 or Higher
? PC Memory: 8GB & up • Hard Drive: 500GB & up
? Hard Wire/Ethernet Connection (Wireless internet connection is prohibited)
? Screen: Laptop - 15.6'' & up / Desktop - 20'' & up (The use of two screen is recommended but not required)
? Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - DL and UP speed must be at least symmetrical)
