Social Media Paid Marketing Specialist

We’re currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist for our own three brands and for our clients.

We predominantly work with Facebook and Instagram with one of our brands (running apparel ecomm) so you would need expertise in these ad platforms as you would LinkedIn (which is the main platform promoting our other two brands (business leadership and strategy coaching).

We are open to working with other platforms if the customer base is there and opportunity is identified.

We are looking for our next teammate that can fill and gap with these skills that will help us take our vision to the next level.

You will primarily be working on our social media marketing, focused on campaign planning, creation, activation, and engagement with the audience.

You will be working alongside our Social Media Manager (who is responsible for the organic reach of ours and our client’s brands).

Our core audience is private business owners and we support their need to grow both themselves and their businesses.

The utilise a mix of media through out social marketing, across a mixture of different campaign types.

We are looking for someone to work with our strategy team who can bring ideas to the table, implement paid social media campaigns, analyse the data and continually improve performance.

You need to be able to hit the ground running, bring ideas and input to paid social content strategy to the table to support our strategic direction. We already have a HUGE to do list for you to get stuck into so pace and accuracy are key.

You will have a thorough understanding of conversion strategy and also of the various types of campaign setup on numerous social platforms.

What do we actually do? We work with business leaders to develop purposeful strategy and enable them to make it happen.

Operation Requirements:

Part time role – 10 - 20 hours per week. Flexible depending on capability.

A minimum of 2 years experience essential with a proven history of success.

You will be provided with written visual and video content and access to all social and creative (Canva) platforms.

We will provide themes and goals but would expect input of ideas from this role.

Social marketing content calendar creation is Upgrade to see actual info need to work at night, Philippines business day is fine

Will be other smaller projects along the way to support our learning platform – we will schedule as required in with the articles.
