Google Ads & Bing Ads Management Role
We’re currently looking for a Google Ads and Bing Ads Manager for our own three brands as well as our client accounts.
We have two B2B brands (business leadership and strategy consulting) and one B2C brand (running apparel). Most of our clients are B2B.
We are looking for our next teammate that can fill the gap with these skills and help us take our vision to the next level.
You will assisting with strategy and will be the main Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign technician (setup, monitor, optimise and maintain).
Most of the campaigns we currently manage are search campaigns but we also create and manage banner display and video campaigns.
We are looking for someone to work with our strategy team who can bring ideas to the table, implement campaigns, analyse the data and continually optimise performance for our brands and our client’s.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring ideas and input to paid search strategy to the table to support our strategic direction. We already have a HUGE to do list for you to get stuck into so pace and accuracy are key.

What do we actually do? We work with business leaders to develop purposeful strategy and enable them to make it happen. This includes a mix of consultation in leadership, strategy, and also the implementation of strategy which includes digital marketing.
Part time role – 10 - 20 hours per week. Flexible depending on capability.
You will be provided with access to all accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Bing etc.) and to necessary tools (eg. Mangools and SEMRush for kw research and canva).
Preferably you are a highly skilled Google Ads specialist with a proven track record of creating high performing digital marketing campaigns and optimising Google Ads to maximise results.
The role requires strong technical know-how combined with exceptional marketing skills.
You'll be able to setup advanced PPC campaigns including conversion tracking, analyse campaign data to identify what's working and what's not, write ads that get great results, understand the mind of the customer, and overall execute campaigns from start to finish, with proven
