Looking for Rockstar Website and Application Coder

Need to be familiar with microsoft excel and how to calculate linear regressions.
Will need to be able to scrape pdf's for certain data to input into dashboard of combined results
Able to create web based applications can be in any language you are comfortable in but current server is linux. Will need to be able to create a pdf based on results on online intake like this site Upgrade to see actual info.
