Client Success Specialist

We have a private equity real estate firm with a coaching program and digital products. We are hiring a full-time position for our Client Success Specialist. The work will be during 8am-4pm Pacific Time.

Here are examples of the tasks you will be asked to complete:
- On-boarding new coaching clients (sending legal documents, inviting them to Slack)
- Administering our Facebook Group (accepting new requests, removing spam)
- Resolving payment issues (using Stripe requesting their updated payment information)
- Checking slack to ensure that the coaching clients are getting their questions answered
