Full-Stack Developer: PHP, Javascript (ReactJS is a plus)

We are a Cloud software company based in the United States. Our business specializes in PHP Web API integrations and automation, Plug-in Development (WordPress and other platforms) as well as JavaScript / ReactJS Commercial Applications.

The Right candidate:
• Has several years experience building PHP Applications.
• Has strong experience with web APIs, such as REST, GraphQL, etc.
• Experience developing WordPress Solutions and Plug-ins is a big PLUS, but not required.
• NodeJS, ReactJS Experience is a big PLUS, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills is important to document solutions and give Project updates.
• Works well with others and within a Team.
• Is looking for a reliable, challenging career. Some of our Filipino employees have been with us over 5 years!

We currently employ several full-time developers from the Philippines; our most senior being with us for over 5 years now. We understand the Filipino culture. Before we hire you, you'll have the opportunity to chat directly with some of our current Filipino staff.

While we realize you may very well be up to 12 hours ahead of our time zone, it's important that we at least have some overlap in working hours, so that we may communicate with you in real-time, i.e. Skype chat and/or voice, for maximum efficiency. The right candidate MUST be willing to commit to this!

Also, you must reside in a province that historically has not had excessive infrastructure problems, such as power outages, floods, etc.

Salary/Pay:
$1000/mo for first 3 months (probationary period)
$Upgrade to see actual info/mo after the 3mo probationary period, based on your performance

• Will start work and complete projects ON TIME without "babysitting"
• Will track time worked and enter timesheets into our online PM system (it's easy)
• Is a frequent and clear communicator (i.e. Via our online ticketing / task management system, Skype and email)
• Is eager to learn, improve and take on new responsibilities (you will learn A LOT working with us!)
• Has a place to work, suitable computer and software and reliable Internet connection (we’ll provide some software)
• Strong work ethic, will do what it takes and very COMMITTED
• Must be at least partially available during US biz hours, EST
