What you will do:
• Designs e-learning courses, career plans, and workshops
• Implements learning strategies and programs for employees in the hybrid setup
• Assists managers develop their tea
• Assess the success of development plans
• Evaluates individual and organizational development needs
• Works with the HR team to promote employee engagements
We expect you to:
• Be empathetic to employees
• Be results-driven with an open mind for improvement.
• Be detail-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills/Other terms:
• At least 2-3 years experience handling learning and development
• Preferably has worked in a creative, advertising, and BPO industry
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Can speak English fluently
• Ability to learn and acquire new skills needed to perform the role effectively
• Empathetic to the needs of the employees
• Strong sense of accountability
• Pleasing personality
