Virtual Assistant responsibilities are:
Organize communication via
Provide customer service as first point of contact for new leads
Put all leads in CRM software and manage the flow of communication
Organize my meetings, video calls & travels
Manage contact lists and organize calendars
Create and review customer spreadsheets, research new customers in specific markets that are not in our records
Conduct market research and report on the results on a weekly basis
Prepare presentations and custom
Help employees with their administrative queries
Organize the mailing/shipping of thank you gifts to potential clients
Adding and Removing Subscribers from Lists - HUB SPOT!!

Creating
Virtual Assistant requirements are:
4+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
Significant experience with current technologies? like desktop sharing? Hubspot, Google Office products and VoIP
Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets? particularly MS Office
Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling? particularly Google Calendar
Strong phone?
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be a bonus
