Resource Admin with good knowledge of USA Labor law.
Responsibilities:
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Updating databases internally, such as org charts, sick leave and PTO
- Communicating with external partners such as health insurance providers
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Requirements:
- Knowledge of USA labor law
- Experience in HR Admin for global teams
- Knowledge of software like Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, Microsoft Team
- Understanding of Digital Marketing positions is preferred
- Professional appearance
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Must be willing to work US time from 8 AM-5 PM EST TIME
- Laptop or desktop with high-quality video conferencing capabilities
- Must have a good internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MBPS
- Good communicative skills and proactive attitude
