Documents Specialist Job Description:
Clipboard Health matches per diem nurses to health care facilities across the United States. A Document Specialist supports the healthcare professionals get onboarded by verifying the documents being submitted in order for the healthcare professional get closer to picking up their first shift.

Responsibilities:
- Validating core documents accurately by cross-checking knowledge base and aiming to hit 100% QA score on a WoW basis

- Entering expiration dates on every document based on set guidelines in our knowledge base

- Close attention to detail and reject any documents that may be blurry and/or fraudulent 

- Using 3rd party website verification systems for licensing and Background/Drug tests to validate information, save to your computer, upload to our CRM tool and start validating the document

Qualifications:
- Your own computer equipment and back up
- Stable Internet plus back up 
- 2nd monitor is highly encouraged for your success
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance is a plus
- At least 1 year of Onboarding/Credential verifying is a plus
