Instructional Designer / Product Owner

Focus on Force is currently looking for an Instructional Designer or a Learning and Development Trainer who will join the team and be trained and upskilled into a Salesforce Certified Product Owner.

Position Overview:

Focus on Force’s main products are its learning materials. As an Instructional Designer / Product Owner, you will manage and maintain a portfolio of learning products and take the lead in designing and developing engaging learning activities and compelling course content. You will lead the charge in identifying and addressing our customers’ learning needs and as a subject matter expert of the learning products you own, you will provide subject expertise and guidance to your products’ users.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain our study guides and practice exams
- Design and develop engaging learning materials
- Review, research and respond to users’ page comments and questions promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Action on customer feedback regarding our educational products
- Identify feature requests and incorporate them into our product roadmap
- Keep track of industry trends and updates
- Work on customer projects
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and propagate this culture to other teams you work closely with

Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copy, instructional text, audiovisual media creation skills
- Experience in writing and explaining concepts to learners in an easy-to-understand manner
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading the charge towards a common vision.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills
