E-Commerce / Dropshipping Specialist

Objective: We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective online dropshipping and woo-commerce practices. The ideal candidate has a passion for people, product and service, and an aptitude to quickly learn new systems with strong project /time management Upgrade to see actual infote: The firm is in entertainment and creative development; therefore, any expertise in that industry (nightlife, music, entertainment) is a bonus. You should be aware of emerging technology and crypto (such as Nfts, Metaverse). These areas would require some demonstrated and verified results before creating a standard operating procedure. You should be able to take the initiative and be a self-starter who can get the job done with minimal supervision.
Hours: Both part-time and full-time work available upon request.

? Increasing the company's e-commerce sales performance
? Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns
? Translate customer needs into workable programs and instructions that can be effectively executed by Supply Chain,
Production, and Shipping functions
? Create processes to streamline work flow for the team
? Review and continuously improve the Dropship processes and implement permanent solutions tailored towards our
customers and internal team.
? Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks and patterns
? Receive and clarify customer orders, enter customer orders into ERP system, assist with various order preparation
functions, follow-up on internal and external order queries, coordinate shipping logistics, invoice orders, ensure customer
satisfaction, and maintain accurate records
? Ability to track and monitor clients and clicks with knowledge of automation. • Create process for Maintaining
inventory for custom drop ship programs –ability to update on a regular basis and understand the importance of accuracy
? Update customer portals daily (or as directed) with inventory updates and proper collection placement
? Ability to follow specific instructions that vary by customer
? Continuously evaluate ongoing activities and procedures , and work with manager and teammates to simplify, standardize,
and potentially automate work processes
? Maintain master spreadsheet with product info, customer pricing, shipping dimensions, etc up to date and accessible to the
team
? Answer and address customer service related emails and forward accordingly to appropriate department if need be
? Supporting and contributing to any development projects as the Dropship subject matter expert, from project concept to
assessment stages implementation
? Report monthly to the management team on progress and KPIs as directed by manager
? Ability to jump in and help out in any area necessary to get orders out on time
? You have proven successful experience in a similar position.
? Must be familiar with woo-commerce/word press (with all necessary plugins) and experience or willingness to learn about
the Alibaba marketplace as well as Printful
? You have a thorough understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
? You should be a highly organized , innovative and operational thinker with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
? You have strong communication skills, flourish in dynamic environments, and are skilled at establishing relationships with
various parties.
? Process focused and able to create effective and efficient processes for the Drop Ship Department

? Ability to handle a high volume of detail-oriented tasks with accuracy
? Strong computer skills- I. E. - Microsoft Office Suite, Order Entry, ERP systems, CRM , SPS, EDI
? Fast learner- ability to function well with minimal instruction
