JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!

We are looking for a detail-oriented social media manager/ admin assistant who is knowledgeable on growing a social media presence. Must be flexible because at part of the time you will be doing administrative tasks booking travel. As a social media manager, we expect you to be up to date on the latest digital technologies and trends. You should have excellent communication skills because you will be my right hand.

Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Project Management
- Book travel and accommodations
- Calendar management
- Research
- Phone Calls
- Appointment setting
- Create presentations

Proficient in managing Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok
- Create and implement social media strategies that are in line with business objectives.
- Curate & create original content (Text, picture, video)
- Editing video for Youtube and TikTok/ Reels
- Ads Creation and management.
- Shopify Listing


Skills Required:
- Excellent Written and Speaking English
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- 3+ Adminastrative assistant.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (Canva & Adobe Suite)
- Proficiency in all social media platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads & Business Manager
- An elevated sense of style: You know what looks good and what doesn't.
- You are organized and able to handle multiple projects and have a system so that you’re counted on to keep things from dropping through the cracks
- Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.)
- Google Suite
- BONUS POINTS for copywriting, &.SEO knowledge.
- BONUS POINTS for knowledge of Notion

* Compensation based on experience ($400 USD , $600 USD full time)
*Flexible vacation time. (Just let me know ahead of time when you need a break)
