Project Management Coordinator (Tech)

The purpose of this position is to help coordinate projects related to product and website development. The role has a major responsibility of keeping the team of developers/designers/creatives on track with time lines, deadlines, and budgets and provide updates to the project manager. The coordinator will also help in products and feature roll outs therefore technical and ecommerce background is an advantage. This role is expected to do the following tasks:

-Meet and collaborate with the project manager
-Disseminate information to different teaUpgrade to see actual infombers about the project discussed with the project manager
-Create reasonable project timeline and update it
-Supervise current projects and coordinate all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to keep workflow on track
-Manage project-related administrative work by ensuring all necessary documents are updated, properly filed and stored
-Ensure timely update of project management tools


Key Qualifications

-Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
-At least 2 years proven project coordination/management experience preferably in a tech start-up
-Knowledge in different project management tools and highly proficient in MS suite
-Preferably with previous experience in ecommerce
-Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
-Tech/website project and ecommerce knowledge is a plus
