Project Manager

I am looking for a Property and Project Manager for my company FXYrogkjwtfalfc.lsr. We also purchase and acquire self storage facilities.

Manage Storage Facilities, oversee project management and due diligence for new facilities, acquire new facilities, handle capital repairs needed, obtain insurance, loan, contractual quotes, and handle customer complaints.

I'm looking for someone to set up appointments wit contractors, insurance quotes, loan officers. Vet all contacts in order to gauge motivation, and collect all the details. Identify a motivated seller you are notified right away in real time and track them in Podio.

The ideal candidate has experience with real estate management and customer service. . I'm looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Pay is an hourly rate and on top of your hourly wage there is a $100 bonus for each property we purchase.

Being fluent in English and a self starter are requirements for this position.
