[Speak Italian] Executive assistant / Data Entry

It is mandatory for this job to speak Italian (not perfectly but enough to understand a conversation)

We are searching for a passionate Virtual Assistant with a hustle mentality.
You will focus on supporting our fast-growing coaching/consulting business and helping us change people's lives.

ATTENTION: We are searching for someone that speaks and understands ITALIAN (not perfectly don't worry, BUT you must understand someone that speaks with you in Italian)

What will be your tasks:
- Manage our Facebook group community
- Posting and formatting pre-written content on social media
- Organize data from our clients in google drive
- Assist our new clients and onboard them
- Calendar management, scheduling appointments, and ad hoc requests.

The task list above is just indicative because we will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and then only assign the more appropriate tasks
