Digital Media Buyer - Must Have Previous Media Buying Experience
We are a full service advertising agency with services that include ad sales for publishers, strategic planning, multi-media planning and buying, creative design, and search engine optimization.
We are currently seeking a hardworking experienced media buyer for immediate hire. Great opportunity for quick growth. This is a remote position with minimal travel required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Negotiate rates for all digital media outlets, emails, sponsorships, etc
· Research new websites and email list opportunities for clients
· Request media kits and media information to create proposals and sales contracts for the team
· Maintain vendor relationships
· Maintain media library on internal network and datacards in various databases
· Update Media Kits/One Sheets/Shared Google Documents
· Marketing emails as needed/writing copy
· Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed to track daily tasks or special projects
· Research/analyze new applications and software which might be useful to the agency

Requirements:
· MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MEDIA BUYING EXPERIENCE
· 4 year degree in advertising/marketing or equivalent experience
· Excellent computer skills, including Strong Excel skills, Google Docs, CRM
· Strong negotiating skills
· Experience with digital media buyer in banner ads, email blasts, and traditional media
· Organized with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under strict deadlines
· Clear communication skills and ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients and coworkers
· Excellent time management skills; attention to detail
