ABOUT THE ROLE

To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. Provide inspired leadership for the organisation.

velop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.You’ll be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and an understanding of a high level of marketing. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust and inclusion within your team. Support worker communication with the management team.Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency in the back office team.
Based in the Philippines, Davao
Reports to General Manager, based in Australia
Whole company works remotely, and the team in Davao catches up regularly.
Manages the team in Philippines

Duties and responsibilities may include:
Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT, Marketing and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
Locate bottlenecks and streamline existing processes
Outline initiatives that align with company goals
Develop SOPs for the business, for all process
Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation’s internal capacity
Ensure operational activities and projects remain on time and within a defined budget
Supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning
Driving initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field (Accountancy, Finance or Management)
2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of branch operations and customer service
Soft skills you have to bring to the table: Leadership, Communication, Critical-thinking, Detail-oriented, Strategic-thinking and
Negotiation
Strong IT skills
English communication skills - high quality
Platforms and Systems we use;
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) along with google products, Klzklo.gja and Slack.
Working knowledge of management software programs, xero

Work Hours:
Candidates must be available to work during business hours for Sydney, Australia. Flexible work hours may be possible after your first 3 months.
Work Hours:8:00 am - 5:00 pm PH time, with flexible 1 hour break
Work Days: Monday - Friday only

Competitive Salary - Php 65,000 per month
Performance Bonuses as well
