JOB OVERVIEW

This role will work with the Sales & Marketing teams to manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities. Will also be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. Additional responsibilities of this position include:
-Responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and requests.
-Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
-Responding to and routing inbound calls.
-Managing the lead qualification
-Managing CRM
Needs perfect English and experience answering phones. Work hours will be US Mountain Standard Time. College degree preferred. LDS return missionary preferred but not required.
