About the Role
We are Lily England, a family run beauty brand based in England who love what we do. We have BIG goals and are looking to grow our current team to help us reach these through a combination of skill, teamwork and passion. Currently, we are looking for an experienced listings manager to oversee our content team in order to create, maintain and optimise our 30+ Amazon listings across EU5 & US marketplaces. Managing a growing team and sustaining relationships with our pool of freelancers, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Management: You manage a team and be responsible for hiring a team of ecommerce assistants and managing our freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Listing Creation: You will be in charge of the listing creation process ahead of new launches. This will involve pulling together briefs for the copywriter and graphic designer, coordinating all collateral to be completed on time and ensuring everything is uploaded correctly and checked ahead of the launch.
Listing Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance across all our listings in each marketplace by conducting regular checks (supported by the listing assistant) and ensuring all required updates are spotted and actioned in a timely manner.
Trends & Innovation: You will be required to do regular research to identify trends and new strategies adopted across our competitors listings and keep up to date with new listing features available to Amazon sellers.
Listing Optimisation: Taking the above into consideration you will be in charge of executing any optimisation opportunities across our listings in order to increase conversion.
Conversion rate: optimise and improve our conversion on listings

REQUIRED Experience/Skills:
Managerial qualities: Do not apply if you have not managed a team. You will need to be happy managing a team and overseeing their individual work streams within a in a fast paced working environment
Hiring: You will be required to hire a team in Philippines to assist our ecommerce operations
Amazon: understanding of Seller Central and general listing knowledge is essential
Commercially minded: As an e-commerce business, most of what we do has one ultimate goal- to drive sales, in your case, through listing optimisations to improve conversions. You are the type of person that will always have this in the back of their minds and be constantly thinking about what we can do better or what else we can do to reach this goal and beyond
Creative: Plan and brief engaging listing content including lifestyle, e-commerce & infographic as well as promotional Upgrade to see actual infoanisation: Project management will be a large part of this role and so you must have impeccable organisation and time management skills
Languages: English fluency is required. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. There will be a skype video interview as part of the interview process and regular zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings as part of your job

DESIRED Experience/Skills:
Beauty: having an understanding/ interest in the hair & beauty market would be an advantage
Copy writing skills: Spelling, grammar and creativity will be an important part of your day to day role.
