Reporting to: HR Manager (Customer support)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Partner with the Customer support (CS) leadership team to understand and execute the recruitment strategy & headcount --requirement
- Responsible for hiring candidates globally for CS - agents, TLs, Quality auditors, Trainers, Managers etc.
- Delivering Full Life Cycle of recruiting via Greenhouse platform with a strong ability to source, screen, interview candidates,
align calendars of hiring managers for interviews
- Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering on time
- Document job descriptions across CS roles
- Conduct HR screening of resume for eligible candidates - Inhouse & BPO partners
- Define & deploy pre-hiring Online skill assessment solutions with 3rd party vendors to ensure filtration of skilled candidates
- Release job offers to candidates as per defined HR process
- Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites & Job portals
- Participation in weekly reviews with the management
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”


Skill Set requirement

- 2-5 years of experience in CS bulk hiring
- Hands-on experience with different interview formats (phone, video, reference check etc.)
- Educational qualification – graduate/post graduate
- Prior experience of global hiring as a recruiter would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills - verbal & written
- Strong on multi-tasking & time management
- Stakeholder management
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
