JOB OVERVIEW

The mission for the Project Manager (PM) is to coordinate, plan and oversee the implementation of our digital marketing for our members. The PM will be responsible for managing a team of people including: content marketing, graphic design, paid traffic, search engine optimization, social media, and web development.

The outcomes expected of this individual are:

- Serve as a project manager for up to 20 simultaneous members annually. You will be the right arm to the marketing strategist that works 1:1 with the client. Our clients require precise execution of the marketing deliverables and demand results. You will organize, plan and manage the execution of deliverables in the No Joke Marketing Marketing System, including paid traffic, search engine optimization, web design, graphic design, content marketing and social media. This requires excellent communication skills and an ability to manage changes in timing, budget and scope.
- Manage client budgets and report for your account team. Each member package has a specific profit margin that needs to be hit. You will track the time for your team and hard expenses for the client ensuring ongoing profitability.
- Ensure >95?mpaigns are delivered on time to our members by leveraging systems and processes. Manage the prioritization and workflow of all projects to ensure target timelines can be achieved. Making sure that our systems are maximized and you are following a structured process from start to finish is critical.
- Monthly reports submitted on time to our members. Each month we report on progress achieved. The PM will ensure that the reports are thought provoking and provide great Upgrade to see actual infopetencies (These are MUSTs):

- Attention to Detail.  Do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
- Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
- Flexibility/Adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change
- High Standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
- Systems Focused. Systems and processes run our business and allow the trains to run on time and efficiently
- Teamwork. Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

- Must have PASSION for Project Management especially virtually. A proven track record of success in managing projects is a MUST.
- Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must be resourceful and able to overcome obstacles on his/her own.
- Superior communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Flexibility to change and adapt to new processes, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in working in digital marketing is preferred but not required.
