1) The Healthcare Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing recruiting support for our various client locations across the US.
2) Coach nurses through the job search.
3) Achieve professional and personal growth by hitting revenue goals.
4) Work with fun, inspiring team of people in Frisco, Texas.
5) Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews, and a high-volume outbound call phone strategy.
6) Search Applicant Tracking System, social media, and other platforms to find caregivers for our open Travel and Per-Diem positions for RN's, CNA's, LVN’s and MA’s and all allied positions.
7) Establish relationships with Healthcare Providers and maintain a pipeline of providers to encourage a long-term working relationship.
8) Negotiate contract terms with candidates.
9) Partner with the Account Managers to ensure candidate viability and arrange client interviews



Skills:

1) Must have a minimum of 0 to 2 years of Healthcare Staffing background with match travel nurses with new jobs across the country.
2) Coach nurses through the job search.
3) Maintain strong relationships with your candidates to ensure they’re happy in their new job.
4) Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5) Exceptional customer service skills.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive environment.
7) Great attitude, passion, and drive to be a perfectionist.
8) High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.
9) Must have their own computer/laptop with a high-speed internet connection to perform their job remotely.
10) Good knowledge of terms like RN, CNA’s, LVN’s, and MA’s.


Qualification & Relevant Experience:

1) The Healthcare recruiter must be a graduate of a recognized university in the Philippines.
2) He/She must have at least 0 -2 years of experience as a recruiter for USA and North American Upgrade to see actual info Healthcare Recruitment would be preferred.
3) Candidates must have experience sourcing using different platforms.
