We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Generalist / Recruiter who can support our company in all aspects related to hiring resources and all HR-related activities, including but not limited to enforcing company policies and practices.
We need a passionate, diligent, and highly efficient HR professional with experience in various HR functions. We want to work with a committed and approachable individual who can provide reliable and consistent support to the staff and management.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training materials and development programs
Assist in the performance management process
Maintain and organize employee files/records
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc.)
Coordinate meetings, training, surveys and prepare the necessary documentation, as required.
Take minutes of the
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant information
Maintain compliance and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and training and development.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
At least five years of human resource management experience
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or other HR positions
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database
